About the Artist

Rhino Woodworking was founded by Jeff, a lifelong craftsman from Traverse City, Michigan. As a kid, Jeff spent countless hours in the workshop with his father and brothers, learning how to turn raw wood into pieces that were both beautiful and built to last. Those early days sparked a passion that’s guided his work ever since.

Today, Jeff blends traditional techniques with a designer’s eye to create distinctive bandsaw boxes, cutting boards, serving pieces, and custom wood art. Every item is thoughtfully designed, shaped, and finished by hand— with close attention to joinery, grain, and finish.
